1. We are ANXIOUSLY awaiting the arrival of Hadley's future wife, Delaney Kirkpartick...any day Delaney!
2. Grandma is coming out to Colorado to visit tomorrow one last time. Hooray for Mama's and Grandma's!
3. Our house has now been shown over 30 times in 4 weeks...this is good but someone needs to put an offer on it!! The whole "showing" stage is getting REALLY old.
4. Plans are moving forward with our move. We will be leaving Denver April 25th:( I am to the point now where I just want it to come. I want to deal with it and get over it. It is going to be a very hard/sad change. But happy too for new adventures. Weird to think we only have a little over a month left here:(
Hmmm...thats all I can think of at the moment. I have to go get a cavity filled...uhhh! I thought I was out of that stage considering I havent gotten one for at least 5 years-apparently not! poo!
What a way to ruin a sunny, 65 degree day-oh well.
Happy Thursday!

7 months and 2 days!
Happy 7 Months little buddy!
I cannot believe that we are now on the otherside of 6 months! Time flies when you are having fun! You continue to bring us so much joy! Each month brings on a little more of your personality. You are really liking the sound of your voice-lots of squaks come out of your mouth. And can it be? I am pretty sure you have started saying Mama!!! Although, your dad doesn't think you are doing it on purpose, I beg to differ! It is music to my ears. I love spending each day with you and can't wait to do it full time! You are still loving your Johnny Jump-up and trying new foods. We tried avocados last week and you were not a fan. Too chunky I guess?? Speaking of chunky I love those chunky legs of yours! We love you more and more each day and enjoy watching you learn and grow!
Love you to the moon and back!

First bites of food
Hadley has started solids. So far he has loved it all. He is still trying to figure out how to eat off the spoon-pretty funny and cute:) It's fun to introduce new things to him. It is just unreal how fast time is going. I really try to treasure everyday that I have with him, as he is growing too fast! I am more in love everyday!

love.
It was fun having 2 Valentine's this year! I love both of them so much! Loren (and Hads) and Nathan cooked up a storm for us. Horseradish crusted salmon with lemon beurre blanc sauce, lobster mashed potatoes and a ridiculous lemon, strawberry mouse. It was all delicious. We ended the night by watching The Bachelor. Thank goodness he got rid of Michelle! Not sure who like though...hmmm? Well, it's not like it ever works out anyway in the end. Here are some pictures of the night. Not the best picture of all of us, but you get the picture.

Gross
Well, it has finally happened. I now have had one of the grossest things happen to me. And yes, it involved Hadley’s poop!
On Friday, I was at Hancock Fabrics picking up some supplies for a night of sewing with Chrissie. The store was so busy and they only had 2 people working. Gotta love those days. I am standing in line waiting for them to cut my fabric and I smell Hadley. Right away I could tell it was out of his diaper, but he was still strapped in his car seat so I could not see it. Anyone who has a little one knows that smell and you also know the smell of a really explosive one. I get my fabric cut and ask if they have a bathroom. Of course they do not have a public one (probably better for their sake considering what I would have brought in their bathroom). I then have to stand in line to pay.
Finally an hour later from the first scent, I get to the car. I take Hadley out of his seat and open the back of our Highlander. Oh boy was I correct! His whole back and even his neck was yellowish-brown. I had to throw his white onsie away. As I am going through wipe after wipe, Hadley decides to stick his hand in his diaper that was in his reach (I should of moved it further from him) and then onto his face. So now, he is literally covered in poop. It’s all over my coat and the back of my car. The only thing to do was laugh. I had extra clothes for him, which I was so thankful for. We still had a few stops before home. Good thing it was nice out and I could have my sunroof open because it did not smell the best.
There you have it. What a way to start the weekend. The whole time Hadley was just smiling and enjoying life, completely oblivious to the situation. Sometimes I wish I could be more like that.

Happy 6 Months!
Hadley,
You continue to be the light of our day. We are so thankful for you! We love discovering who you are and trying to figure out your little personality. It is so fun to watch you grow! You are sitting up so well. You love to just sit and watch what is going on around you. You are also rolling over and over and over. You love Lilly and Oliver. Their ears are fun for you to pull on. We started feeding you cereal and you love it. It will be fun to introduce new foods to you over the next few months. You are loving your Johnny Jumpup. You have a ball jumping in it. You bring us so much joy and happiness. We love you to the moon and back! Happy 6 Months sweet Hadley!
