love.
It was fun having 2 Valentine's this year! I love both of them so much! Loren (and Hads) and Nathan cooked up a storm for us. Horseradish crusted salmon with lemon beurre blanc sauce, lobster mashed potatoes and a ridiculous lemon, strawberry mouse. It was all delicious. We ended the night by watching The Bachelor. Thank goodness he got rid of Michelle! Not sure who like though...hmmm? Well, it's not like it ever works out anyway in the end. Here are some pictures of the night. Not the best picture of all of us, but you get the picture.

Gross
Well, it has finally happened. I now have had one of the grossest things happen to me. And yes, it involved Hadley’s poop!
On Friday, I was at Hancock Fabrics picking up some supplies for a night of sewing with Chrissie. The store was so busy and they only had 2 people working. Gotta love those days. I am standing in line waiting for them to cut my fabric and I smell Hadley. Right away I could tell it was out of his diaper, but he was still strapped in his car seat so I could not see it. Anyone who has a little one knows that smell and you also know the smell of a really explosive one. I get my fabric cut and ask if they have a bathroom. Of course they do not have a public one (probably better for their sake considering what I would have brought in their bathroom). I then have to stand in line to pay.
Finally an hour later from the first scent, I get to the car. I take Hadley out of his seat and open the back of our Highlander. Oh boy was I correct! His whole back and even his neck was yellowish-brown. I had to throw his white onsie away. As I am going through wipe after wipe, Hadley decides to stick his hand in his diaper that was in his reach (I should of moved it further from him) and then onto his face. So now, he is literally covered in poop. It’s all over my coat and the back of my car. The only thing to do was laugh. I had extra clothes for him, which I was so thankful for. We still had a few stops before home. Good thing it was nice out and I could have my sunroof open because it did not smell the best.
There you have it. What a way to start the weekend. The whole time Hadley was just smiling and enjoying life, completely oblivious to the situation. Sometimes I wish I could be more like that.

Happy 6 Months!
Hadley,
You continue to be the light of our day. We are so thankful for you! We love discovering who you are and trying to figure out your little personality. It is so fun to watch you grow! You are sitting up so well. You love to just sit and watch what is going on around you. You are also rolling over and over and over. You love Lilly and Oliver. Their ears are fun for you to pull on. We started feeding you cereal and you love it. It will be fun to introduce new foods to you over the next few months. You are loving your Johnny Jumpup. You have a ball jumping in it. You bring us so much joy and happiness. We love you to the moon and back! Happy 6 Months sweet Hadley!

Changes
The past few months have been full of changes and challenges. Not only with Hadley, but also with our lives in general. After a lot of praying and talks with a lot of people, Loren, Hadley and I are moving. My heart is SO incredibly sad to leave Denver. I have been on an emotional roller coaster. A complete crying mess one day and fine the next day. We have some of the best friends we could ask for. Loren has an opportunity to start a wakeboarding camp down at Lake of the Ozarks in Missouri. He will also being do events, web design, photography and video for a boat shop down there. If any of you know Loren, you know that all of this is totally up his ally. This is his dream job. It is crazy how well everything has worked out. God has reassured us over and over again that this is where he wants us to be. The last piece of it, is for our house to sell. It will be put on the market by the end of the week. We are hoping to move the last week of April. Lots of changes in store, some good and some will be difficult. We know and trust the God is leading us in the right direction. Please pray for us as we embark yet another adventure! I will keep you informed! I really need to be a better blogger. Sorry, I've been slacking. I will post pictures soon of Hadley from our trip to Florida. He loved eating the sand, go figure:)
Happy February!!!
